We took a break from recording to play a live set in Blackburn at the Dog Inn, Belthorne it was good to see so many people out supporting live music on a very wild and windy Sunday afternoon and great to get out playing live again. 24 January 2016

Bob Dylan's "Judas!" gig fifty years on

We're pleased to be playing at an event marking the 50th Anniversary of an audience member shouting "Judas!' at Bob Dylan for playing electric guitar during his gig at the Free Trade Hall here in Manchester on 17th May 1966. Its at The Mechanics Institute on Princess Street exactly fifty years on.
And... our new video will be out on Monday.

Editing is very advanced with the new video, we're delighted to again have some stills provided by Natalie Paddick of NPME Style, there is some dark stuff happening in there. Its for the new 45rpm single and its coming soon.

When we were three

This would have been the LP sleeve; now we need a complete rethink because we are not three, we are four. AnnMarie has added the fourth dimension to the sound, so everything changes yet again and this becomes the sleeve that never was.

Three plus one

Two gigs in a day again on Saturday, we opened the day for We Shall Overcome xmas special for the second week running at The Station in Ashton-Under-Lyne, and then on to The Kings Arms in Salford for 'What's The Alternative...?' Those of you that were there will have noticed there were four of us...
Ann-Marie Crowley has supplied backing vocals on both sides of the new single and will be joining us live whenever she can. Its neat to have the original 1989 layout back again with dual vocals and also means we can reintroduce some female voiced songs from the old days. We're all pretty damn excited about this.
We'll be back live in the new year, but that's it for 2015 now. We're back in the studio tonight and still cracking on with recording for the new album.
